I wanted to take a moment and express how deeply impressed I am with Kay Barnhill. She went above and beyond my expectations to help in resolving a difficult situation and problem. She was outstanding in relaying information to me and to American General. We are having a baby and I just switched jobs with a much lower pay to be home and the stress of finding out that her life insurance was incredibly heavy. She took the weight off of our shoulders and offered solutions and got us back up and running. This has been the absolute BEST service and experience I have ever had. I will be recommending Zander and Kay to everyone I know.
